EYE-LEEN TEXTILES
This is a textile collaboration with Jani Maunula and first came out Eye-Leen silk fabric.
It is luxurious 100% silk printed with eco-friendly technique.
D.I.Y (do-it-yourself) versions of silk kaftans are available from My Uncle Missing Since 1979 (https://www.mylostuncle-missingsince1979.com/)
Eye-Leen cotton has also been produced. Installations with this fabric were made in exhibitions in Madrid, Espoo and Hämeenlinna. Recently Eye-Leen's Magic Closet was in a group exhibition Stigmata in Swinton Gallery in Madrid.
House of Disappointment have made outfits from Eye-Leen print and they walked the Kiasma's Queer Art Superstar Ball.
